Breakfast at Bed of Roses

When you stay at Bed of Roses you will receive one of our famous breakfasts. We love creating delicious, beautifully presented breakfasts that utilise the finest local produce. All dietary constraints are catered for, please advise at the time of booking.

In the evening we provide complimentary drinks and nibbles, and we are happy to make restaurant recommendations and bookings for guests around the Bay of Islands.

Continental Breakfast Selection

Freshly squeezed juice from oranges, lemons, grapefruit – from property or locally sourced
Lemon, lime and pear juice – seasonal
Fresh seasonal fruit, Bed of Roses muesli, Bed of Roses yoghurt
Toasted three grain Vogels bread and croissants
Homemade preserves, Marmalade, Honey and Vegemite
Choice of healthy muffins or pikelets with cream or lemon curd, raspberries (in season) or strawberries
Cold continental platter and selection of NZ cheeses
English Breakfast, Earl Grey or herbal teas, and Chiasso coffee

Cooked Breakfast Selection

Omelette, fried, poached or scrambled eggs –
the above egg dishes are offered with the choice of bacon, mushrooms, tomatoes or smoked salmon

Eggs Benedict – poached eggs on bacon served with wilted spinach and Hollandaise sauce

Vegetarian – avocado, tomatoes, mushrooms served on toast
